1. Shipping Policy

Shipping Rates:

  • We operate our shipping rates based off USPS shipping rates.
  • International shipping rates vary based on location and order size.

Order Processing Time:

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking:

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
  • The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages:

  • JAYU is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Lost Packages:

  • If your package is lost in transit, please reach out to us promptly so we can make accommodations.

PRE ORDER POLICY:

  • Please note that some orders will be designated as a pre-order. These orders will take around 2-5 weeks to ship after the website is closed.

Returns:

  • All sales are final. No returns allowed.

    Refunds:

    • We do not accept any returns and do not process any refunds unless there are specific circumstances that warrant a refund. All sales are final.
